On 20 May 2026, Moringa Ventures had successfully concluded the inaugural Momentum programme with Demo Day, bringing together investors, corporates, researchers, and ecosystem leaders to meet the next generation of deep tech founders emerging from Singapore.

Supported by Enterprise Singapore, Momentum is Moringa Ventures' flagship 10-week venture-building programme designed to help deep tech founders bridge the gap between breakthrough innovation and commercial deployment.

From artificial intelligence and robotics to biotechnology, healthcare, advanced materials, and clean energy, the inaugural cohort brought together startups tackling some of the world's most pressing challenges through science and technology.

Building Deep Tech Ventures Beyond the Lab

Many breakthrough technologies never reach meaningful adoption, not because the technology isn't viable, but because commercialisation remains one of the hardest challenges in innovation.

Momentum was created to address this challenge by helping founders strengthen their venture-building capabilities, refine commercial strategies, validate market opportunities, and build meaningful connections with investors, customers, and ecosystem partners.

Over the course of 10 weeks, participating teams engaged with experienced founders, investors, operators, and domain experts through workshops, mentorship sessions, founder clinics, and investor engagement opportunities.

The programme culminated in Demo Day, where founders presented their technologies and business visions through live pitches and Q&A sessions.

The demo day featured 13 deep tech startups building across diverse sectors:

Artificial Intelligence & Digital Infrastructure:

1. AI Seer
   Building AI tools like Facticity.AI, a multilingual internet and social media AI fact-checking tool and Multi-spectral reality detector to provide real-time claim verification to combat misinformation.

2. Altered Verse
   An AI infrastructure company enabling AI agents to safely and consistently control objects and operate within real-time 3D environments across gaming, digital twins, robotics simulations, and other interactive applications.

Healthcare & Biotechnology:

3. Emet Biotechnology
   Develops patented nanoencapsulated, pH controlled sub-microsized spheres that enable smart, targeted delivery of active pharmaceutical ingredients for improved drug efficacy and safety.

4. Forte Biotech
   A biotech company developing portable molecular diagnostic systems that bring lab-grade pathogen detection directly to farms for faster and more accessible disease monitoring.

5. Leaksenze
   A medtech company that has developed a patented smart consumable IV patch which wirelessly monitors and detects early IV infiltration in real time by sensing microscopic swelling at the insertion site alerting healthcare professionals before severe tissue injury occurs.

6. Navo Health
   An AI diagnostics company developing intelligent fetal monitoring solutions to improve perinatal care and maternal health outcomes.

7. PIMECO
   A veterinary biopharma company that has developed a polyimidazolium antimicrobial platform providing highly efficacious treatments for bovine mastitis and other animal infections, reducing the burden on livestock producers.

8. Q-Health
   An AI healthcare company developing healthcare technologies powered by Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) using a Centralized Training–Decentralized Execution (CTDE) framework to optimise clinical decision-making and healthcare operations.

9. Stelea
   A biotech company pioneering polyamine modulation technology to address age-related skin fragility and hyperpigmentation through novel therapeutics.

10. Trisafe
    An A*STAR spin-off developing advanced macromolecular antibacterial and antiviral technologies that combat antimicrobial resistance through long-lasting, broad-spectrum protection designed for safe clinical and consumer healthcare applications.

Industrial & Energy:

11. HYDGEN
    Green hydrogen solutions provider that secures reliable, low carbon and logistically resilient hydrogen supply for industrial users, including off-grid and weak-grid environments by deploying modular on-site patented electrolyser systems.

Robotics:

12. H3 Zoom
    Robotics enabled AI inspection intelligence platform that converts visual and sensor data from drones, robots and 360° captures into audit ready condition reports for faster, safer building and infrastructure inspections.

13. Myr Labs
    A robotics company developing small, energy-efficient robotic systems for inspection and logistics in constrained spaces, reducing the cost and complexity of real-world service operations.
