Singapore, 27 October 2026 – Moringa Ventures, a Singapore-based deep-tech venture builder, and ClassIn, a global learning technology company, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore a structured pipeline for sourcing, validating and adopting emerging AI technologies, giving ClassIn early access to innovations that can enhance teaching and learning for its institutional partners worldwide.

The collaboration seeks to establish a structured pathway for advancing promising technologies, from proof-of-concept and prototypes (TRL 3 and above) through to commercial readiness. It will draw on ClassIn’s educational expertise, platforms and real-world learning environments for teacher-guided assessment and rigorous validation.

The partnership is open to innovations across the full spectrum of learning, from AI tutors and agents that adapt to each learner, assessment and feedback tools, and speech and language intelligence, to smart classroom hardware, immersive learning and other digital solutions.

ClassIn will play a central role. It will provide insights to ensure solutions address the real needs of educators, learners and institutions, and advise on teaching workflows, operational requirements, product features and usability. It will also support the design and execution of validation activities, so that solutions are aligned with how learning is delivered in practice.

Moringa Ventures will originate deep-tech startups through its venture platform, in close partnership with ClassIn to surface needs from the classroom, shape solutions and validate them in real-world learning environments. Combining venture building with capital, Moringa supports founders from early development through to commercial adoption and scale.
