Khoong Hock Yun
General Partner
Khoong Hock Yun brings over 30 years of diverse experience in the public and private sectors. He held key roles in the Singapore Government, driving initiatives that shaped the nation’s digital landscape and economy.
As Chief Digital Evangelist at the Infocomm Media Development Authority, he spearheaded Singapore’s Smart Nation initiative and led the development of transformative digital services across various industries. Khoong is a recipient of the Public Administration Medal (Silver).
He is a Harvard Business School alumnus, holds a Bachelor of Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Masters in Science and a Masters in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
Theodora Lai
Partner
Theodora is a Partner at Moringa Ventures.
She is responsible for investment sourcing, fundraising, value creation and growth initiatives with over 15 years experience in both investment and operator roles.
Theodora obtained her MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and Tsinghua University. Theodora was a recipient of the Tsinghua University Scholarship. She also a member of Tsinghua X-Lab. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Finance as a second major from Singapore Management University and has completed the Executive Program at Singularity University.
